Articles and Deadlines For Publication

Articles about the historic sawmill, logging and mining industries in the Sierra Nevada's, and individual stories of interest are welcome, and can be submitted for publication. These are subject to editing and approval before publishing. Full credit will be given to the author, but we are unable pay for submissions. The newsletter has a circulation amoung members, sister organizations, and are publicly downloadable from this site. All Copyrights in the submitted material are retained by the author. The author is wholly responsible for the use of research materials, for researching possible copyrights in any material used in the article submitted, including photographs and illustrations, and for obtaining permissions to use.

The ASMA newsletter is published once or twice per year in January and August.
